Can Carter come out to play?

Carter loves playing with other kids. He especially likes older kids because they're so fast and they can do such cool things. Yesterday when he woke up from his nap he walked straight to the window where he could see some older kids playing football or something across the street. He went and found his ball and went back and watched them for about 15 minutes. He kept pointing at them and looking at me to see if he could go play. It was so cute and sad since he had to stay in the house. He is so lucky that he'll have a little brother to play with soon!
